AEROLASE LightPod is a pain free laser treatment, safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types. It’s an easy, no down time, comfortable treatment. My Aerolase Treatment is for my stubborn melasma. Although Aerolase can be used for a variety of skin conditions. My experience with Aerolase LightPod it doesn’t even touch my skin. I just feel a puff of warm air with the occasional snap. Which is tolerable & doesn’t hurt. It does give off a smell of burning hair. It’s not burning my hair or skin. In fact it’s like a mild IPL. Aerolase emits a light that’s absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in hair. Then Aerolase light energy is converted to heat, which damages hair follicles. This damage inhibits future hair growth. I’m not complaining, please permanently erase my facial hair. After my 4th treatment; I’m noticing my melasma is breaking up. And getting lighter; as I combine my skincare routine with Aerolase. Not only that; my skin is impeccable. I can tell my skin looks firm, pores tighter, crepey & fines lines are disappearing . I’m really excited to continue my Aerolase treatment.
