Introducing kids to honeybees, knowledge not fear.
Introducing children to honey bees must be slow, purposeful, and gentle.
Make sure they have the proper equipment; Full suit with vale, gloves or secure their hands inside the sleeves (gloves to fit children are not a common item)
Start with an introduction to bees before they ever go into the bee yard or put on a suit.

What to expect: (bees fly around and the bussing sound of several bees)
How to move around a hive (slowly, no sudden moves, do not swat at the bees):
What to do if they become afraid:
When bringing children into bee apiary you must not have any other goal just the introduction of them to bees. ( you are not inspecting or any other beekeeper tasks.
Make sure they are safe and enjoy the visit and you will find them asking to go see the bees again and again.
Count your blessings every day and I believe you will find you are blessed beyond measure.
