Contemplation is a form of prayer that goes beyond words to the loving presence of God. It allows us to connect with Him in a profound and sacred way, experiencing unity and oneness with Him. In this state, we let go of our thoughts and desires and surrender to the whispers of God, allowing love and grace to flow to us and through us from Him.
