Have you ever wanted to build a small but very specific list of properties based on their location, and the normal 'Advanced Search' tool just wasn't precise enough to hand-pick the exact properties and property owners you want?

When I'm going after a smaller number of properties in a more precise vicinity, the "freehand" tool in DataTree is PERFECT for this! I call it 'parcel tagging,' and in this video, I'll show you how it works and in what situations I think it makes the most sense to use this approach.

I use this approach when scoping out an area to find location-specific properties that are difficult to hand-pick with the conventional 'Advanced Search' functionality. It's also useful when the other drawing tools aren't precise enough to find those needle-in-a-haystack properties I'm looking for.
