How to make Spicy Chicken Paratha Roll in Hindi Recipe | Kitchen With Musfara

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 2 medium-sized green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8-10 small-sized chapati or naan
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides.
3. Prepare a green chutney and a salad with onions, green chilies, etc.
4. Lay out the chapati or naan and spread a generous amount of the cooked chicken mixture, green chutney, and salad on each one.
5. Roll up the chapati or naan tightly, securing the ends with a toothpick if needed.
6. Serve the Chicken Paratha Roll hot, optionally garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
