Have you got a tongue and thumb? If so, you already have all the tools you need to clean your sinuses in under 20 seconds.

Most of the time, a stuffy nose is a sign of another health issue, like a sinus infection, cold, allergies, polyps, chemical exposure, environmental irritants, or hay fever. When the lining of your sinuses gets inflamed from irritants, bacteria, or viruses, it causes your nasal passage to swell and block up, making it difficult to breathe. Most of the time, nasal congestion goes away after a week or two, but with nasal congestion removal, you may never have to wait that long again.

How to Clean Your Sinuses in 20 seconds?

All you have to do is:

Press your tongue against the tip of your tongue
Place your thumb between the eyebrows
Apply pressure for 20 seconds
Your sinuses will start to drain
