Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 TBSP Oil
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 TSP Garlic
1 to 2 Green Chillies
1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
1 TSP Jeera Powder
1/2 TSP Coriander Powder
A Pinch Of Turmeric
Salt and Pepper To Taste
2 To 3 TBSP Curd or Fresh Cream
100 GMs Paneer
1 TBSP Fresh Coriander

Method:
-Heat Oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, garlic and green chilli. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook the veggies.

-Add all the spices and curd/cream and cook on medium flame until well combined

-Add the Paneer cubes and gently mix together

-Top with fresh coriander

Assembling the Frankie:
Place the paneer filling on the roti or paratha

Drizzle Green Chutney/Mint Mayo

Top with Raw Onion rings. Serve immediately
