To perform the movement:
1. Adjust the equipment as necessary for your height.
2. Starting with little or no weight, tuck your feet under the roller to secure feet and hold onto the handles.
3. Try to avoid pulling with your arms in this position as this recruits your lats more and we want to isolate the abs.
4. The movement should be driven from flexing of the lumbar only and slowly returning to the starting position without the machine touching at the back.
