To perform the movement:
1. Adjust the ankle pad to be just above your heel and then hold onto the handles.
2. Keep your hips pushed into the pad. Curl your leg up keeping your hips on the pad at all times (Most people go wrong by driving the knee/ quad into the pad and this lifts the hips off the pad).
3. Then slowly lower until the legs are straight, if you bottom out adjust the angle of the leg pad to increase the range of motion.
