🌟Dr. Glenn Diesen is a professor at the University of Southeast Norway and an associate editor at the Journal “Russia in Global Affairs”. His research focuses on Russian foreign policy and political economy. He has published 10 books and a multitude of journal articles and book chapters of which I’m very proud that one is in this little work of mine on permanent neutrality.
