Dr. Vana Kim Hansen is a third-generation neutralization activist, currently co-chairing the Council for a Neutral, Unified Korean Peninsula and coordinator of the International Network for a Neutral Korea(INNK).
Dr. Kim Hansen was herself a refugee child of the Korean War and her family is spread out over three continents. She lives in California and Korea, traveling to North Korea with her Canadian Passport and to South Korea with her US passport. She received her MA in Philosophy from the University of Chicago and her Ph.D in Education from Harvard.
