Wine Tasting Stellar Organics 2021 Pinotage Western Cape, South Africa

Round 2 of trying to find a good wine to go with my steak was...not all that great...basically at all...too much of the smell of leather on the nose combined with an okay amount of tannin but sharp sweetness at the end of the palette along with a hefty burn going down the throat make this wine more of a blend/Sangria wine as opposed to holding it up on its own. Does it need to age longer? Probably. Did I aerate the wine enough? Definitely not! Do I wish to try again? Only in extreme circumstances! Make sure to hit that like button and follow if you enjoyed!
