Kim Jong Un has arrived in Russia on an armored train for his meeting with Vladimir Putin. It's been heavily speculated that a rare meeting between the two leaders would involve talks about a potential arms deal.

Military analyst Michael Clarke said that as North Korea is likely to push for a grain export deal, Moscow is in need of artillery shells, as it tears through them quicker than they can be produced.
