Hunter Biden has been indicted on three counts related to the possession of a gun while using narcotics, according to the news... As you probably know, Hunter Biden is a heavy drug user... He even wrote a book about his life, where he flat out talks about all the illegal drugs he did... Then of course, he has a billion images of himself smoking crack from his laptop and phone that are all public knowledge now... And his own book, he writes about buying a gun (and eventually leaving it in a public trash can if I remember correctly)... Which, of course, means he LIED about his history of drug use when filling out ATF Form 4473 for a gun purchase in 2018. If you've bought a gun before, that's this question on the background check paperwork you fill out: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside." Obviously, if you answer "yes" to this, you're not supposed to be able to buy a gun. So, when Hunter answered "no" he gave false information... The punishment for false answers on that form includes fines up to $250,000 and/or ten years of imprisonment. That's why he got indicted on those 3 charges... Here's the thing... As much as I would love for Hunter Biden to be held responsible for his crimes... Because, you know, if you or I broke the law - we would definitely have the book thrown at us... I actually... and I hate to say this... want his lawyers to win and get those charges dropped. Why? Simply because - say it with me again - all gun laws are unconstitutional.
