The full meeting of the Fairfield County Commissioners' weekly meeting for September 12, 2023. This week's meeting began with Public Comments, but at the time there were none; and Commissioner Davis later re-opened Public Comments to allow Ray and Judy Stemen to address the commission. The main bulk of the meeting consisted of Legal and County Administrative Updates.

Re-opened Public Comments began at (34:56) and runs through (42:10): Ray Stemen spoke about wanting to bring Author and Activist, Tom DeWeese to address the commission about the United Nations Agenda 21 and how it has knowingly or unknowingly affected the county.

Judy Stemen spoke about how post 9/11 how the United States has changed for the worse with a turning away from God (Christianity), a broken immigration system, and out-of-control governmental spending, all of which impact the quality of life in Fairfield County. Lastly, she spoke of her son suffering a life-threatening aneurysm which coincidentally occurred after him receiving 2 COVID injections, against her and Ray's advice.
