Pakistani culture and cuisine in the form of ‘Pakistan's Museum of Food’.

My childhood was spent in my grandmother’s kitchen where she instilled in me the significance of Pakistan’s vast cuisine, as she passed on recipes inherited from her mother and grandmother to young women she was teaching.

Over the past 4 years, my team, along with over 300 people across the nation came together to curate a love letter to Pakistani culture and cuisine in the form of ‘Pakistan's Museum of Food’. We hope that this project will inspire people to explore, appreciate, and enjoy the vibrant culinary culture, lineage and food practices of Pakistan, as well as to contribute their own stories and recipes to this living narrative.
