Story of a Greedy dog

Once upon a time, a dog was very hungry. He was wandering here and there in search of food and suddenly he saw a loaf of bread. The dog became very excited after seeing the bread. He went towards the bread, pressed it in his mouth and took it to the river bank.
While crossing the river, the dog saw his reflection in the water and thought that it was the shadow of another dog who wanted to snatch his bread. He thought that he would scare away the other dog by barking and as soon as he started barking, his bread came out of his mouth and flowed into the river, after which he remained hungry.
