Sleep is the most important thing you can do.
I still see smooth-brain “influencers” talking about lack of sleep making them more successful.
Not only will getting adequate sleep, 7-9 hours a night, make your waking hours incrementally more productive, it decreases your risk of heart problems and your morbidity risk.
Don’t sleep….on the importance of sleep!
