Beginner Calisthenics Chest Workout

This is a full beginner bodyweight (calisthenics) chest workout performed by Jin who I am currently training to increase her strength and muscle size without the use of weights. The workout includes incline push-ups, standard push-ups, knee push-ups, assisted resistance band dips, assisted resistance band close grip chin ups, chest push holds and jumping eccentric dips, all of which Jin demonstrates to you fully whilst I explain every exercise with a voice over.
There is 6 exercises in total that you will want to do for a total of 3 rounds, the rest intervals are 60 seconds but can be longer or shorter if needed.
