When protestors stop traffic Cowboy Bob receives and phone call and devises a plan to deceive the oil protestors. His diesel truck is prevented from driving forward on the road unless he can convince the protestors that he supports their cause. Cowboy bob hands out T-shirts to the protestors that read "Suck my oil." The T-shirts are red in order to attract cowboy Bob's bull, which is the final domino in his diabolical scheme.
