Justice is partially served as horse abuser Solstice Pecile flees Ontario to skirt punishment

Tamara Ugolini is joined by Emily Reardon, the original owner of a horse named Ezra who was abused by Solstice Pecile. Justice was partially served, however, as the 24-year-old Pecile has fled Ontario for Alberta, in the process skirting a punishment handed out to her that only applies in Ontario.
