In the first episode, heavy fog throws the terminal into turmoil and new manager Callum is faced with hundreds of angry and stranded passengers stuck overnight at the airport. On the airfield, visibility has dropped to less than 100m, and safety officer Chris is forced to marshal planes in the dense fog. Meanwhile, lounge manager Nilam reveals the secrets of one of Heathrow's most exclusive first class lounges. At the departure gate, missing passengers for a flight to Pakistan could result in a complex process of unloading dozens of bags from the aircrafts hold.
