It's September which means another bread for our #makebread365 challenge!

Honestly, I didn't think it was possible to get the big holes, aka large crumb, in a bread made with 100% freshly milled wheat. But it IS possible!

In this video I show you how to make a ciabatta bread with NO all-purpose flour and still achieve a nice open crumb which is typical for a good ciabatta bread!
