Now Ron’s turn may have come for real: that hard reality Trump denies.

Two pieces if news add up to the result that Ron DeSantis will likely be the Republican candidate for President.

News: the Lawsuit John Castro Vs Donald Trump heads to the US Supreme Court and will be solved as early as the 9th of October current year.
Donald Trump will soon hear whether the Supreme Court will take up a case challenging his candidacy in the 2024 presidential race and seriously threaten his efforts to get back to the White House.

In less than two weeks, the Supreme Court is expected to decide on John Castro v. Donald Trump, a case brought by a long-shot Republican candidate running against the former president that asks the justices to disqualify Trump from running based on the 14th Amendment. The justices have until October 9 to make their decision.

Castro is arguing that because he and Trump are appealing to the same voters and donors, Trump’s candidacy—which he argues is unconstitutional because of Trump’s involvement in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot—would cause him “political competitive” injuries.

The disqualification clause in the 14th Amendment blocks individuals from holding public office if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the United States. Trump has not been charged with insurrection, although he has been indicted in a federal case involving his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

If Trump is kicked off the ballot in any key state, it would likely doom his chances of winning in 2024.

“If SCOTUS [the Supreme Court] rules in my favor, his name cannot appear on the ballot in *any* state because the Constitution’s election clause giving states power over elections only applies to congressional races,” Castro told Newsweek. “It would be a nationwide permanent injunction against all state election officials to keep his name off the ballots and not count any of his write-in votes.”

Ron DeSantis has a big chance to really win the White House, as I said on the Homepage he should take all the States won by Trump in 2020 plus Georgia and Virginia that Kemp and Glenn Youngkin won back to the GOP. If Kemp and Youngkin endorse DeSantis DeSantis should easily take those two States, unfortunately we don’t know what can happen in Michigan and Arizona where the situation is a bit out of the GOP’s hands’ control. But I think he wins against Biden and he is not divisive as Trump, who would probably re-lose Georgia if he were the candidate but he doesn’t give a damn, he is dreaming to be President from Fulton County Jail – sic – and says such things as “I wouldn’t pardon myself if I am President from jail…” so strong is the mushroom’s effect. If the SCOTUS stops him we’re all glad.

As I already said it:As for Kennedy he is still fighting against the DNC, but if Trump is expelled from the race I think the DNC will change tune, because DeSantis can win easily against Biden: he unifies the Party, he hasn’t got Bush against, he may win Arizona with the supprot of John MacCain’s family (one of the most important families in Arizona) that just couldn’t support Trump basically because Trump kept on insulting them, perhaps because John MacCain didn’t skip the draft inventing fake stories about fake illnesses and bone spurs and ended up in Vietnam for real, Trump hated him beyond reasonable, the way he hated Obama beyond reasonable Source Rumble.
