On November 16, 2020, Falcon 9 successfully launched the Dragon spacecraft carrying astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Soichi Noguchi to the International Space Station for its inaugural six-month operational mission. Following an impressive 167 days in space – marking the lengthiest mission for a U.S. spacecraft since the concluding Skylab mission in 1974 – Dragon, along with the Crew-1 astronauts, safely returned to Earth on Sunday, May 2, 2021.
