Legislative Update on Gun Control Efforts in Austin

John Birch Society Business & Professional Chapter Luncheon: Our guest speaker for the month of September is Mr. Wallace Dunn. Wallace will discuss the current Texas Legislative session bills covering gun ownership and use, and the weak support for gun ownership in this legislative session. He will give examples on support of our right to keep arms and raise questions on the position of our Texas elected state officials on gun use and owners and what we can expect on this issue in the future in Texas.
Wallace is a life member and former President of The Texas Handgun Association. He is also a Life member and LTC Director for
the Texas Handgun Association and serves on the Legislative Committee for TSRA. He is committed to preserving our gun rights
with a Life Membership in the Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners Association, Texas Gun Rights and the National Rifle
Association. He is also an instructor for Texas License to Carry, Texas School Safety Instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor and NRA
Carry Concealed Instructor. He also has served in the U. S. Army and is a Life Member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association.
