Handheld device ‘mimics’ chest physiotherapy

British students have developed a hand-held device to help people with excess mucus breathe more easily. It combines the chest thumping of a physiotherapist to loosen mucus with artificial intelligence - and just won Britain's prestigious James Dyson Award. Kristy Kilburn reports.
