libya floods leave more than 5,000 people dead.

more than 5,300 people have died after flood in the libyan city of derna a local minister has said.

the number could double.the minster of the eastern administration added.

the floods burst two dams in the eastern costal city and swept away homes.

streets are corveret in mud and rubble and are littered with upturned vehicles.
