Japan must subject to strict int'l supervision over wastewater discharge –Chinese envoy

A Chinese envoy critized Japan's action, saying that it unilaterally launched the discharge of nuclear-contaminated water from the crippled Fukushima powerplant into the Pacific Ocean.
