9031 kHz Investigational Stream #2 (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION.)

I normally run streams of 11175 kHz, a known HFGCS frequency, to monitor for EAMs. Those streams are run as a redundancy to https://eam.watch's automated recording bot. eam.watch's is currently up and working l so I am taking advantage of the opportunity to monitor 9031 kHz.

It is not known to be an HFGCS frequency; however it has previously been documented as being used by STRATCOM as the "CHARLIE ECHO WINDOW" frequency, and I heard it used as such in April 2023, when operators switched to it after discussing the "CHARLIE ECHO WINDOW" on usual HFGCS frequencies.

It seems like this happened again this week, and on switching to 9031 kHz, a digital signal was present on the frequency. However, a few people have indicated to me that this signal is thought to be from the Israeli Navy – https://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/Israeli_Navy_Hybrid_Modem_(188-110_MOD) – and because it's a signal I've noticed when randomly tuning into the frequency by chance, but there doesn't seem to be a ton of information on the schedule/nature of those broadcasts, I'd like to look into it myself and so I'll be randomly streaming 9031 kHz in an unscheduled fashion to get an idea of what broadcasts on it and when.

In terms of what anyone who randomly tunes in could expect from this stream; this is an entirely utilitarian stream and commentary will be minimal (slash not at all); see chatbox for conversation if any. For those more familiar; I am not actually expecting *any* US military traffic, and the chance of voice traffic on the frequency of any kind is extremely low to not at all.
