California Carry Ban SB2 Defies Supreme Court Order

The state of Californias response to the 2022 Bruen decision by the Supreme Court is SB2. An extremely restrictive carry bill that makes getting a permit impossible for some and very difficult for others and expands "sensitive locations". This bill is a quasi carry ban.
