👩🏼‍🍳 Recipe 👩🏼‍🍳
Taco Sauce
-1/4 cup mayo
-1/4 cup sour cream
-Juice from 1/2 lime
-1.5 tspoons sriracha
-1 tsp garlic powder

Season Fish:
-Equal parts cumin and cayenne
-Salt and pepper

Cook:
-Pan fry in olive oil at med high heat for 1 -2 minutes per side

Build Taco:
-Red onion
-Purple cabbage
-Cilantro
-Tomato
-Avocado
-Cotija Cheese (Mexican crumbling cheese)
