For Delicious sauce pasta you
need:
Fettuccine pasta 1/2 packet boiled

For white sauce:
Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken 200gm
Onion 1 medium sliced
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 2tbsp
Milk 1.5cups
Chicken powder 1tbsp or stock 1cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Oregano leaves dried 1/2tsp
Shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese for toppings 1 cup

Method:
Boil pasta keep aside. In a pan heat oil put chicken and cook on high flame until white. Put salt and pepper and cover until chicken is tender. Add onions cook until transparent. Add flour and butter mix for 1 minute. Add milk and stir thoroughly. Add spices and mushrooms. Add soya sauce and pasta. Mix well. Top with cheese and oregano leaves and cover lid until cheese melts. Serve hot.
