Easy & Quick Pan-Fried Potato Crepes

Ingredients for Potato Crepes:
Potatoes (shredded) 4-5
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Garlic Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Directions for Potato Crepes Preparation:

1. Take peeled potatoes and shred them well. Don't rinse the shredded potatoes.
2. Place them in a muslin cloth and squeeze out the excess water.
3. Transfer the squeezed potatoes to a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder, and corn flour. Mix it well.
4. In a pan add oil and spread an even layer of potato mixture while keeping the flame off. Turn on the flame now and cook on medium heat from both sides for 3-4 mins or until golden brown in color.
5. Your Potato Crepes are ready.
Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
6. In a bowl add mayo, garlic, black pepper, salt, and vinegar and mix it well. Your Garlic Mayo Sauce is ready. Serve it with Potato Crepes and enjoy.
