In our recent GeForce Now news update, I stated that Starfield wasn’t releasing on the platform much to many peoples’ dismay. We were all expecting it on release week especially after the implementation of the Microsoft Store right before launch. After my initial review of the performance of the game, I said the game was too unoptimized to come to the platform. This might have been true and the game DOES need further optimizations, but this isn’t the real reason for the game not releasing on GeForce Now.
