How to make Crispy Spinach Pakora Recipe in Hindi | Kitchen With Musfara
Welcome to Kitchen With Musfara! Today, we're bringing you a delightful recipe for Crispy Spinach Pakoras that make for the perfect tea-time snack. These fritters are not only delicious but also easy to prepare. Let's dive right in!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, red chili flakes, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture, whisking continuously, until you achieve a smooth and thick batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat the spinach leaves.
3. Add the chopped spinach leaves to the batter and mix thoroughly, ensuring that each leaf is well coated.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
5. Once the oil is hot, drop small spoonfuls of the batter-coated spinach leaves into the oil.
6. Fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown and crispy.
7. Using a slotted spoon, remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and spinach leaves.
9. Serve the palak pakoras hot with your choice of mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or tomato ketchup.
