What are some practical ways to make the reality you want? My higher self says to use triggers and feelings of discomfort as signals to shift. Follow your joy - what are you being called toward? The breadcrumbs in your reality via messages, nudges, signs & synchronicity are created by you. Use them as navigational tools. Innerstand that your external reality is a reflection of you and what is going on internally within. If you desire to make a big shift such as a quantum leap - this will require you to make a larger external change. Figure out what is out of alignment and make physical changes by actively showing up in your reality.
