Waterhead Tandoori takeaway, Oldham October 2021

A rather unusual, very red, but delicious fish curry made in a BIR style but with a hint of homestyle cooking - mustard oil is normally used in Bengladeshi fish dishes.

I do not have the recipe for this red masala sauce.
