Toned Thighs Workout | 5 Moves to Your Fittest Thighs
Want strong and sexy legs? Then this workout is for you! This no-equipment leg workout focuses on slimming down and toning your inner and outer thighs with an added benefit of working your booty as well! And there are absolutely NO squats! There is little rest between exercises so your legs will be shaking after this workout! But don't worry, push through it and your body will thank you for it. This is the perfect workout for new POP Pilates students or more advanced one's who have been doing POP with me for years. I also introduced a few brand new moves for you! Ready? Let's do it!

3. Mini Rainbows
4. Elevated Clamshells
5. Elevated Clam Kick
