In this video, I’m going to show you a 10-minute workout that you can do at home with no equipment. This workout is designed specifically for seniors and anyone who wants to exercise safely and comfortably. It’s also suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Alright, let’s get started. We’re going to do 10 exercises for 30 seconds each, with 15 seconds of rest in between. You can follow along with me or go at your own pace. Just make sure you listen to your body and modify the exercises as needed.
