It's really tough to let people go as you grow, but one of the most beautiful things about this business is how fast it changes and we grow and the hardest part is how fast it changes and how we grow.

The only way to make it work is to look at the numbers. You're working from the same slice of the pie, so to speak.

There's a hundred percent of the quote unquote profit from a job that's gotta feed overhead, gotta feed commission, gotta feed the staff, gotta do owner's comp, gotta be profit. The obvious material labor is out of that, right?

So when we begin hiring roles to support the team, It's okay to reevaluate how the team is paid. The company grows, the roles evolve.
