Survivors from the Morocco Earthquake incident ask for additional assistance

Small mountain towns' survivors feel abandoned when the disaster's scope becomes more apparent.

A house is dug out of a hamlet in the tiny Atlas mountain village of Tarouiste after a 6.8 earthquake demolished all twelve of the homes there. Three days after the earthquake, they claim that, like many other villagers, they have not yet received any relief.
