- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar

**Instructions:**

**For Chicken Manchurian:**

1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, egg, salt, and pepper to make a thick batter.

2. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok for frying.

3. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter, ensuring they are well coated, and then deep fry them until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
