TURKANA NOT ALLOWED TO GRAZE IN UGANDA

The Minister for Local Government Rapheal Magyezi has said that no Turkana pastoralist will be allowed to graze their livestock in Uganda until they produce culprits who murdered three Geologists and the UPDF Soldiers in Lotisan sub county Moroto district last year.
Magyezi was representing President Museveni at a Karamoja Cultural event held in Napak district where also handed over the president's contribution of 50m/= towards the event.
