TODAY'S RECIPE IS No Egg No Oven Carrot Suji Cake | Rava Carrot Cake | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Suji 1 cup
1 Carrot (grated)
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Blend until smooth
Rest for 5 mins
Oil 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Mix well
6 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Pour batter
Grated carrot on top
Place a stand
Heat the pan for 5 mins
After 5 mine place the mould
Cook it for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
