🥖Challah Recipe:
5 lb Bread Flour
5 and 1/2 cups water
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp salt
Bake at 350F for 25-45 minutes depending on the size.

Honey Cake:
🐝 Recipe:
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Brewed Coffee

🍪 Honey Cookies:
1.5 Cups of Sugar
2/3 Cups of Honey
2 Eggs
1.5 Cups of Oil
1.5 Tbsp Vanilla extract
Mix all the wet ingredients thoroughly
4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp of Salt
4 and a 1/4 Cups of All Purpose Flour
Combine all the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients above.
Roll into a ball of about an inch. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.

🍆 Boyjon Recipe:
Roast an eggplant on all sides over an open flame. Scoop out the flesh, allow to cool. Add crushed garlic and salt to taste.

🍆 Eggplant Salad:
Broil Eggplant slices that have been dipped in oil until browned on both sides. Make a marinade of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, honey and herbs. The measurements will vary depending on the quantity of the eggplants you will be using.

🥔 Garlic and herb baby potatoes:
Season potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes until fork tender. Right before serving add herbs and crushed garlic.

🍅 Matbucha:
Pulse 2 jalapeños, 4 tomatoes, 1 pepper, 5 cloves of garlic. Place 3 tbsp of oil into a pot. Add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp tumeric, 1 tbsp paprika. Mix and cook for 15 minutes.

🧄 Garlic Confit:
Place 3 heads of peeled garlic in an oven safe bowl. Season with cumin, coriander, s/p. Add oil to cover. Bake at 350 covered for about 30 minutes.

🍗 Honey Glazed Chicken:
14 drumsticks
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup honey
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
1&1/2 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 350° (180°c) and lightly grease
a baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Add
everything else to a bowl and stir. Pour over
chicken. Cover dish tightly and place in the oven for 1 hr. After 1 hr,
uncover the dish, baste chicken with the
accumulated juices and cook for another 25-30
basting every 6/7 min to achieve maximum stickiness.

🥩 Brisket:
Line a baking pan with sliced onions. Place sweet potato, baby potatoes, sliced carrots and whole garlic into the pan besides the brisket. To season add to taste: S/P, cumin, coriander, onion soup mix and paprika. Add 1/2 a cup of dry red wine over the meat. Add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan before baking. Cover and bake at 350F for a good few hours until buttery soft.

String beans Mustard Vinegrette:
Marinade:
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Sugar
1/3 Cup Avocado oil/ olive oil
Dill
Parsley
Scallion
S/P

🍅 Stuffed Vegetables Recipe:
2 lbs ground beef
1 Cup short grain rice raw
1 tomato shredded
1 onion shredded
1 apple shredded
.5 cup tomato sauce
Parsley
S/P
In a pot, place 1/4 cup of oil, bones, small can of tomato sauce. Fill with stuffed vegetables. Add water till half way through to the top. Top with tomato sauce. Cook for 1.5 -3 hours.

🍚 Herb Basmati Rice:
Wash and drain 2 cups of basmati rice, place into a baking pan. Fill with 2 cups of water. 2 tbsp of oil. Salt to taste. Add 2 cups of chopped herbs of choice. I like to mix cilantro, dill and scallion. Mix well, cover, and bake for 40 minutes at 350F.

🐠 Branzino Fish:
Season with S/P, paprika, avocado oil, Bartenura Wine and cilantro. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

Garlic Mayo Salmon:
Mix 2 tbsp mayo with dill, crushed garlic, S/P. Smear onto salmon. Bake covered at 350F for 25 minutes.
