Austin honors victims of 9/11 attack on Pentagon

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Monday (September 11) led a ceremony honoring the victims of the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon, 22 years after Islamist hijackers seized control of jetliners and crashed them into the twin towers of New York's World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
