Remember people that feces contains calories. This is proven due to its ability to burn. Therefore if you are shitting often it means you are at a large caloric surplus and there is no way in hell that you'll lose weight.

Fasting for long periods and eating next to nothing will equate to low shit volume and frequency.

Note that people that fast for days even weeks may go day even weeks without taking a shit. This is nothing to worry about. Assuming you feel good and are not constipated.
