Logger Vick built a labyrinth with traps in the forest, intending to have the bears trapped in there so as to buy some time for chopping. To avoid getting in the forest, Vick designed a map on which the location of the traps and snares alongside with the exit were marked out.

He posed as a tour guide and allured Briar and Bramble into the labyrinth, promising them both great fun and tasty honey in there. The bears rejected Vick’s guidance and went on their own little adventure inside the maze, but Bramble wound up falling into a trap. Not until then did they realize that Vick had them tricked. So the bear brothers decided to beat him at his own game by disorganizing the maze.

Vick followed the map, only to find that every path was blocked. Stuck and starving, he found a jar of honey and rushed to get it.
