Lions in the cage
This trail is great for teaching your athletes not to rush to get rid of the bowl and be strong with the ball because they have to hold it for three seconds. It forces them to be in good position.

The drill will start with the coach passing the athlete a ball. The team on the fence will try and steal the ball, causing a turnover. The offenses is trying not to commit the turnovers. You can have punishment for turnovers, but this is a really good drill to work on handling the ball under pressure.

Rules
1. Use the Volleyball lines as your Square. You cannot go outside of that square.
2. You must hold the ball on offense for three seconds make them count one 100 two 100 three, 100.
3. You can either do this in a timed frame of two minutes and whoever has the most turnovers at the end is to do some running or push-ups.
4. You can also play as possessions of five, and after five positions whoever has the most turnovers past two do some running or push-ups
